Here at Clean Freaks, our main goal is to have you coming home to a clean home, one that smells clean! Some of our squad members have been cleaning for 5+ years. We are all very passionate about what we do. Your happiness is most important to us. It is important to us that we develop a relationship with all of our clients. I hired Clean Freaks for my recent move. Moving is stressful enough on its own, and I didn’t want to have to worry about cleaning on top of everything else. My move and relocation occurred fast, and everything had to be coordinated on a schedule within a short period of time. My biggest concern was that my apartment complex would charge me for anything left unclean, but Kylie made sure that didn’t happen. My apartment was immaculate. I’m not sure what products were used, but everything smelled so pleasant when finished. I wish I could have taken the smell with me to my new house. I could not be happier with the service Clean Freaks provided - professional, reliable, and easy to work with.

I had a wonderful experience last week with Clean Freaks, I get house keepers a lot because I have multiple rental properties and just can’t keep up with them myself, and let me tell you Kyleigh did much better than anyone I’ve ever hired before. She’s professional, she’s on time, and she cares about what she’s doing and is not lazy like all these other “professionals” I’ve hired before. Give her a try! You I promise you will not regret it! I added a picture of when I moved out of my apartment and hired her just so you can see how detailed and clean it was!!

Clean Freaks has an amazing team. Kyleigh (the owner) gave me a free estimate within 10 minutes of messaging her. She was at my house the following day, and did an exceptional job. Her pricing is great, and I came back home to a beautiful home that smelled so clean. Just like she advertised. She left new sponges in replace of my old sponges, as well. She is awesome, she is now my full time cleaner and comes every week.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a discount for reoccurring jobs, as well as for when you refer a friend. I offer 20% off your price after first clean for reoccurring jobs, and 25% off when you refer a friend!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I have a new client, I always talk with them about exactly what they need done and make sure there is nothing special that they need/want done. I proceed to type up their documents that include their estimate, what their clean includes, extras they can add, as well as a couple things to know about Clean Freaks. I send those documents to them, along with my personal information.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been professionally trained twice, by different people and different systems. I personally have been cleaning houses for a little over 2 years now, and I love it.
