Im very pleased with the job. I had purchased an accessory that didn't fit and the guys suggested and substituted an alternative that worked out just fine. Job done in one day. Extremely helpful, honest, and informative. Came to my house to discuss the current state of my systems and encouraged me to understand why both units are still in good shape. We discussed multiple long term options and went through a lot of useful scenarios with what is the best equipment for the money when the time comes. I would definitely use them in the future. I see how they demonstrate how F1 can make a profitable business without ripping people off like the “you’ll have warm heat in your house tonight” companies.
