I placed my request for a wire rack closet installation in two rooms of my home & sent my information to all of the different pros through Thumbtack for this service in my area Stephen responded quickly and asked me pretty much step-by-step questions about the materials I'd purchased for my project He was easy to communicate with and wanted to make sure to see what type of design we wanted for each closet I described what I wanted Not long after that he messaged me if I could please send him the wall dimensions for inside of both my closets I did and sent them right back I asked him what day he could install them He replied that of the 2 days I'd chosen that he could do either day and for me to just let him know which day The next day Stephen messaged me and asked whether the materials (wire rack shelves) were 12' or 6'. . he even sent me screenshots of all the pieces/ parts needed for the project just to make sure I would have everything needed A couple of days later I messaged Stephen back and gave him the installation date I wanted He replied shortly after this, saying okay, yes, that he could do it then The entire communication and process working with Stephen was easy and went so smoothly He messaged me the day of and was right on time as scheduled He got to work and knocked it out; 1 closet, then the 2nd one. Done! . . Much faster than I thought it would take My husband and I are so happy with how everything turned out Stephen knows what he's doing and is very knowledgeable and thorough and you can tell he takes pride in and enjoys his work And his services are reasonably priced too!... Stephen is a pleasure to work with Before he left, we asked him if he could come back and replace 2 light fixtures and 2 ceiling fans with all flush mount light fixtures... he said he could do it right then... and it didn't take long He was finished before we could finish our lunch My husband and I cannot say enough good things about him I highly recommend him Such a nice person to work with. We are having him come back to install a new kitchen faucet and to straighten some crooked kitchen drawer and cabinet pulls in the next couple weeks. If I could give 10 stars I'd rate Stephen with ☆☆☆☆☆ ☆☆☆☆☆ !!!
