About

We teach traditional martial arts with modern methods. The art has held up for over 1000 years and is not one of the fad martial arts. We offer self defense, competition and a family atmosphere. Our school is uniques in the different instructors we have on staff. My instructor, Li Keung, hails from Hong Kong. All of our instructors have traveled to Hong Kong to learn straight from his teacher. I have been teaching Martial arts for over 20 years and have studied the arts for over 30 years. I enjoy being able to share the art. I have a full time job and I believe this allows me to leave the stress of needing a paycheck from my school. We are a member of the Hong Kong Martial Arts association, the same as Bruce Lee, Jet Li, and Jackie Chan's teachers.

Distance too far for me, hours not good for my night work schedule. Work 3 nights/week and I will need more sleep before going in. Loved the staff and their objectives. Will visit if in area. Doing at home Tai Cheng. Thank you for the referral.
