- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a standard price list based on the issue which is always disclosed to the customer prior to service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our customers contact us via email, text, instant messaging and phone. During the initial contact we assess through a questionnaire would is required to fix your issue and rather it can be repaired on-site or remotely. In most instances our customers will have a quote and a plan of action by the end of the initial contact. It is our mission to go the most cost efficient way possible to get our customers back up and running smoothly.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We service a wide range of customers. Our home/personal users consist of college students, professionals, educators, people in the medical field and police officers. Our business users range from start up business's, small business's and medium size business with up to 25 employees.
