I hired Colleen approx two years ago. She sat down with me the first time and asked about everyone's preferences in my family. She was extremely accommodating no matter what we liked or wgwt crazy diet I was trying. It was so helpful to me to have Colleen preparing meals as I worked full time, had 5 kids, and many sports. Her food was 5 star. My husband and I really enjoyed having her. We decided only to stop her service due to kids going off to college and no one really around anymore, two of us at most, sometimes one. We will certainly use her for any parties, etc. Colleen became a friend to me as well. Her skills as a chef are unsurpassed. She also catered my graduation party of 70 people alone. I had the ability to greet and talk to guests. She is the BEST.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is not complicated just customized. It is inclusive of consultation, planning, shopping, preparing, food cost and clean up.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While a formal continuing education is not required, I do choose to continue my education through health and wellness seminars, industry trade shows, Food and wine expos and generally reading industry publications. I’m always looking for ways keep up with industry trends and bring innovative experiences to my clients.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My passion for food, wine & cocktails. My extensive years of experience in many facets of the F&B industry made me realize I did not want to work any longer to help someone else's dream come true so after graduating from culinary school I found a way to turn my passion into my own business.
