Cynthia did a thorough deep cleaning of our house so that we could sell it. She really worked hard and made everything gleam- floors, kitchen, baths. We got an offer on our house the very next day! Looking to hire her again when I have a lot of guests coming for our wedding.

Cynthia had been great to work with and does an amazing job. This was my second time having her come to the house. The first cleaning was a deep cleaning and she'll be doing maintenance cleanings every two weeks from here on out. After the first cleaning I realized there were a few things that were missed, but to her credit, they were in areas that she wouldn't normally think to clean and I did not notice them until a day or two after she left. She did ask me to take a look around before she left and I just didn't see them. To alleviate this in the future I created a printed list of areas that needed attention that were important to me such as vacuuming out my dog's crate and getting rid of the crumbs from my toaster oven. They're things that are important to me but aren't areas that she typically takes on. Cynthia was very receptive to the list and took care of everything on it! In fact, she hit a few areas that I left off the list. I'm extremely pleased with her work and look forward to her coming every two weeks. She does her work quickly and quietly which is important because I work from home. She's extremely respectful of my home and my time and I appreciate how hard she works. Even my dog loves her!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I base my prices on how big the house is, such as number of bathrooms and bedrooms, and what work the customer wants done.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get an idea of what a customer wants and expects from my services. I explain the work that I will do and the steps I use. I also like to find out if the customer has a preference in what cleaning supplies I use and any scents they don't like.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cleaning homes for a total of 20+ years. I gained this experience by working for a couple of professional cleaning companies and I still follow their methods when I'm cleaning.
