- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our Resume Writing Process: Select Your Resume Package 👉 Select resume package you need. You will be asked to upload your existing resume (if you have one) at the end of your purchase… this starts the clock and places your order into the production queue. Meet Your Resume Writer 👉 You will receive a Resume Questionnaire and direct phone number of your resume writer. If you have an old resume, you only need to complete those areas of the form that are not addressed at all or not addressed sufficiently on the older document. If you do not have an old resume, the questionnaire will capture all of the information that we need. Resume Writing Process Starts 👉 Submit your old resume and questionnaire along with any target job postings, certificates / awards, certifications, etc. to your certified resume writer. We will review your documents and will contact you if we have any questions. Review Your Resume Package 👉 We will e-mail your drafts in MS Word format for your review. Your writer then makes as many edits / changes as necessary to capture your unique qualifications and skills. You will receive unlimited revisions for FREE until you are 100% satisfied. (NOTE: current turnaround time: 2-3 business days)

I have B.S. in Finance and MBA. I have worked as a HR Recruiter and have written numerous publications on the topic of career development, Linked-In Profiles, and Resume Writing.

I prepare custom resumes for clients of all backgrounds.
