Jason is straight up, very serious. He quoted a repair but it was an expensive part, was up front and honest - told me how to proceed to get the repair done under warranty and gave a reasonable charge for a service call and a super effort to repair the air conditioning, plus follow up phone calls. Not sure how he got 5 Stars giving he came by our House, climbed the attic and suggested some Grand Plans to help us with our heating issue (some rooms are ice cold with close doors) but than never send an estimate despite us requesting one after 1 week of silence and another before we moved on to hire someone who told us none of his (would been expensive) suggestions were needed and fixed the issue within 2 hrs.
