- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer bookkeeping and administrative support service packages tailored to your needs. Packages are set at fixed rates to give you the best value for your money, and so you have the confidence of knowing what the cost is up front, and moving forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free initial conference call so we can talk about your needs, the obstacles you are facing, and what outcomes you want to see. Soon after our conference, I will present you with 2 to 3 service packages, based on your needs. These packages will detail the work I will do for you, at what frequency, and the work product you can expect to see from me. I will also include the fixed rate. You can pick the best option for you, or we can work together to tweak options a little more, if you'd like to. Once you've decided on what package you want, we will talk more, and I will start gathering business and/or financial information from you so I can begin work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an AAS, in Business Administration, and am currently taking additional accounting courses to complete an Accounting Diploma.
