We want to make sure you system is clean, up to date, and secure when you get it back, so we take the time to make sure EVERYthing is working properly. This means our repairs may take a little extra time, but you'll know when you get your system back it's running as smoothly as the day you got it. Also - all of our diagnostics are free. Computers have become such a vital part of our lives, but they can also cause a lot of hassles and headaches. At IT Xpress we pride ourselves in returning computers to clients functioning as smoothly as possible - so when a client comments that their computer has never run as well before, we love that.

IT Xpress not only accurately diagnosed my hardware problem, which was quite a bit different than what I expected, but did the repair at a cost way below what I expected. What really set them them apart was the extras they did to make certain that my computer ran faster than before, but would continue to perform efficiently. The lesson that I learned was never assume what the problem (and the solution) may be, seek an expert evaluation. I can't think of anyone more expert than Mike Baptiste the owner of IT Express.

He was very helpful and rushed to get me my schoolwork from my hard drive which was a life saver. And despite the snowy and icy weather he got my laptop clean, dry and working again well before I had any other work due for school .   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Our pricing for tuning up a computer and cleaning off any virus infections is a range. When we get a computer, we have no way of knowing what kind of shape it is in. Problems can pop up throughout the cleaning process. So the more severe the infection, the more expensive it is since it requires more effort to clean. However, we set a reasonable 'upper limit' for machines that are completely corrupted and require a complete data backup and reinstall of Windows.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    Cleaning off virus/malware infections are the most common (plus we do a full tuneup to make reinfection less likely). We repair a lot of laptops - mainly power jack, keyboard, and screen replacements.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Find out what you're getting for your money. Are they doing the minimum amount of work or will they make sure your computer is completely repaired and tested before returning it to you? How many scans do they run? Will you get a detailed service report outlining all that was done?
