I was very fortunate that the plumbing company was already in my area. On a Friday afternoon, they were at my house within 20 min. After assessing and discussion with repairs - everything was completed in under 2 hours and was completed for a reasonable price. The damage could have been worse if I had to wait over the weekend. I'm thankful they were quick to respond.

When I contacted Jones Plumbing that there was a break in my city water connection I was scheduled for next day service. (it was very late in day when I contacted them) They text me to let me know when I was scheduled and exact time they would arrive. The serviceman came and I showed him the location of water leak. He kept me informed as he found problem repaired and was completed. I could not have asked for better service all around. If you're in need of a plumber call Jones Plumbing. I know I will !
