- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Free estimates within a 50-mile radius. We charge for any estimate more than 50 miles from our offices in Charlotte or Mebane, NC. We charge $15 for fuel which will be waived if we are hired. $10 virtual or free by phone estimate. Just be conscious it is an estimate. It may be cheaper or more. but we strive to give you the most economical, but fair price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we get in contact with the customer, we look at the project, what kind of materials we will need, time estimate of the project, and then we proceed to give them an estimate. After we come to an agreement, we ask for half the payment upfront. Once the job is completed, the balance must be paid.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have experience for over 25 years. We started working in different organizations like General Maintenance Manager at High Point University, maintenance manager at NC rentals, and GGCC plumbing associates. We are certified machine operators and janitorial handymen, and are certified in maintenance, working on our own for more than 20 years.
