My husband and I had recently moved into a new apartment. I had anticipated that the previous tenant would do a basic cleaning job before she moved out. I asked Renee to come help out and informed her that it would be pretty clean but that I wanted a deep clean. When I arrived at the apartment, I was horrified to learn that not only did the previous tenant not clean, it was a disaster. There was literally a carpet of dog fur on the floor. It was caked onto every surface. I can't even bring myself to talk about the bathroom. I apologized profusely to Renee who informed me that it was not a problem and she would be able to take care of it. The job took twice as long as anticipated and was twice as difficult, so our price went up a little bit. We were happy to have the help. When we arrived back at our apartment a couple hours later, you couldn't tell that there had ever been an animal inside! The bathroom and kitchen were livable! We are definitely considering using Renee's services monthly. She's professional, punctual, and can handle any curveballs thrown her direction.
