Introduction: Founded in 2011,Hidden Physique Personal is a private 1200 square foot studio located downtown Mebane, NC. We focus on weight loss, strength and conditioning, health and wellness coaching, post rehabilitative exercise, as well as youth and Senior fitness. We have recently decided to expand into the world of mobile personal training. Our nationally certified personal trainers will come to your home, park, or any location of your choice for one on one, partner or group training with equipment and program in hand. We offer a free fitness assessment/consultation as well as a free initial training session. Give us a call to see what we're all about.

I have only had two sessions with Tyson. My first impression is that he is very knowledgeable and very excited about his work. My husband and I are both extremely happy with my training sessions with Tyson. His goal is to make you work hard while having fun and being safe.
