Every home is different, so our pricing is customized to the work required. We don’t believe in surprise charges — you’ll always know the cost upfront, and we only move forward with your approval.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with a brief conversation to understand your needs, followed by an on-site inspection to evaluate the condition of your roof or exterior. We then provide a detailed written estimate outlining materials, scope of work, and pricing. Once approved, we schedule your project, complete the work as promised, and perform a final walkthrough to ensure everything meets your expectations. Communication is consistent from start to finish, and we’re always available to answer questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained in industry-standard roofing and exterior installation practices, including manufacturer-certified training, safety programs, and hands-on technical experience. We stay current with modern installation guidelines, building codes, and best practices through ongoing education and field training.
