- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my prices are fair and competitive. I will not be the cheapest, nor do I try to be. the finished product will reflect the skillset.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
make contact with the customer, set up a time to come by for a free in home consultation, and provide them a business card. when/if they decide to choose us, we collect a deposit, which reserves the date selected. (most of the time we are booked a month out) We discuss full scope of work before project starts. any changes are discussed and agreed upon prior to start. surprises arise when doing certain jobs, but we don't want one of the surprises to be the balance due at completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive on the job training. I've been mentored by people who are leaders in thier trade. several have had 30+ yrs experience.
