I'm new to Thumbtack, but this experience with Dan and his team at Maintenance Pros was an excellent start. Dan was extremely responsive, and I can't thank him enough for being flexible with my work schedule. I had a faucet that was leaking all over my kitchen, and he offered the fastest arrival time of anyone I was able to contact on Thumbtack. He was also transparent with his diagnosis and gave a clear explanation of what he was doing when troubleshooting, and why he was doing it, which was incredible. After going through a few options (repairing vs replacing the existing faucet, and what kind of faucet to replace it with) I felt most comfortable to replace the faucet entirely. After I chose to buy the faucet myself, he made sure that it was installed the next day and also followed up to make sure I was happy with the installation a few days later. The quality of their work is an incredible value, and I encourage anyone in need of their services to call them first -- I know I will!
