- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
price really depends of complexity, time or even logistics to get the job done. We do offer senior citizen discount and veteran discount
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
once we have a in person meeting. I typically send the quote that same day. once you approve our quote we put you on schedule and let you know we can have your project finished.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in concrete since a little kid. my dad had his own company and I've had the blessing to learn from the best. I've also have a certification in heavy equipment
