What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in straightforward, fair pricing with no unnecessary upselling. We’ll inspect the issue, explain what we find, and go over your options before moving forward with the repair. Estimates are free, and if a job requires special-order parts or materials, we may require a deposit before ordering. Our goal is to give you the best long-term repair for your situation, not simply sell you the most expensive option.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning what problem you’re having with your garage door and scheduling a time that works for you. Once on site, we inspect the entire door and opener system to identify the actual cause of the problem. We then explain what we found, go over the available repair options and pricing, and answer any questions before starting work. After the repair, we test and adjust the system to make sure everything is operating safely and properly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have more than 6 years of hands-on experience working with residential garage doors and openers. My experience includes torsion and extension spring systems, cables and drums, rollers and hinges, track and door repairs, garage door openers, safety systems, and complete garage door installations. Much of my training has come from years of working directly in the field and diagnosing real garage door problems every day.
