Chris was excellent in regard to his knowledge in being to identify the problem, fix the problem and guiding us through steps that would enable us to avoid this problem in the future. He was punctual and very professional throughout the process to instill confidence in us for his work and for his solution. He texted and called in advance of the appointment so we knew when to expect him. He worked quietly and fixed our washer problems and took the time to walk us through out what he did and why, He left us with knowledge that would aid us in future years and we decided that we would definitely call him again with any appliance problems. We were definitely pleased with his work and would recommend him to any and all future customers.

I felt very comfortable with the repairman. He looked at the situation, saw that I needed a hose, and said he would order it immediately for me. My repair was not an urgent matter and have no issue waiting for return.

Came out right away, was very candid about price as the product was my mothers old Oreck vacuum cleaner. Very prompt, polite and up front about the possibilities. Actually got it done in a day and it works great. Hire without hesitation.
