- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that, when they recommend to another customer, they get 15% percent off; for each customer they recommend me to.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask the customer what kind of cleaning they would like, if it’s regular or deep cleaning. After, I check around the house , then finally, I give them their estimate.
