About
My business is veteran operated. I offer exceptional service and my goal is to satisfy my customer's pressure washing needs, through hard work and attention to detail.
What I like most about my job is getting to know my customers. As a business owner I know the backbone of my profession is the customer, and I try hard to keep a solid business relationship with them.
I offer rates that are fair, affordable, and competitive. My travel area consists of Wake, Wilson, Nash, Wilson, Franklin, Johnston, and surrounding those areas. If you want professional work at great rates then I'm your guy.

Kevin arrived on time and explained what the process entailed. He was very professional and took the time to answer any questions I had. He spent the entire day ensuring that the job was done correctly. When he finished, my home looked brand new. I had my home pressurewashed previously, but the job that Kevin did was far more superior. I plan on using Prime PressureWashing Services again.
Details: Home • Siding of building • Remove mold or moss • 2,000 - 3,000 sq ft • Two-story building

Kevin was a bit late to the appointment, but he assessed what I wanted done, did it promptly, and made me a happy camper. My sidewalk, entry walkways and patio are now spotless, within 24 hours of opening a Thumbtack query.
Prime Pressure Washing Services's reply
Thank you both for your business and for being such great customers. Your feedback means a lot and is deeply appreciated. Best wishes!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on a number of things - the amount of work to be done, the time it takes to finish, equipment and/or cleaners to be used, and severity of the dirt, grime, mold, mildew, etc.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A customer calls, emails, or texts Prime Pressure Washing Services inquiring about the pressure washing needed.
I gather details of the job to be conducted. Often i ask what surfaces need to be washed/cleaned, the "what, when, and where of the job."
I travel to the location to give an estimate of charges expected of the job.
The customer and I come to an agreement of the charges given.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Prime Pressure Washing Services has years of experience in cleaning a multitude of properties and surfaces. Feel free to request references pertaining to my work in my profession.
