The tech, Miguel, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He even cleaned the area and covered a hole behind the old dishwasher before installing the new one.

Miguel showed up on time and was amazing to interact with. He was professional and friendly. He explained in great detail what he would like to do, to diagnose the problem and make sure it is accurate. We were very impressed with his knowledge and his work. We got his card and will use his services in the future.

Miguel is, hands down, the best repairman I've ever had come to my house. He was able to come the day I called. He was on tome, polite, engaging in conversation about my repair and fixed it within an hour. He not only explained what he was doing, but he showed how to do it if the problem recurred. Which, he said should not happen for 10 years. I have Miguel's number in my phone, so when another appliance needs repairing I won't have to search for it. BTW, the cost of the repair was lower than I was expecting. For appliance repairs call Miguel.
