Mike was great! He came and installed a ceiling fan for us. We set a date and time within 48 hours of contacting him, he was on time and quickly got to work. He was friendly with our dog and helped recommend some ideas for our new home. We kept his card and will definitely use him for future projects around the house!

Mike went well above and beyond during his installation of a pre-hung steel entry door. After removing the existing door and frame, we ran into some unexpected issues with the structure (rotten wood -- including a section of the subfloor; an out-of-square opening, and at the end, a particularly troublesome deadbolt). Rather than back away from the job, he said “Okay, let’s get this thing done.” Once it was apparent that the job would require more time and money than we initially agreed upon, we renegotiated the quoted price to accommodate the additional work that would be required. He measured the section of subfloor that need replacing, told me exactly what to get, and sent me off to Home Depot to pick up the new section of subfloor he needed. While I was gone, he continued his work. Once I came back with the subfloor section, he installed and caulked it. He finished installing the door, trim, and lockset. He even had to modify the mortise for the strike plate. In spite of the issues he ran into, he was remarkably patient, thorough, detail-oriented, courteous, and professional. Mike is obviously a person of great integrity who takes pride in his work. I highly recommend him and would definitely hire him again.

Michael installed two toilets for me and did a great job. He even popped out to home depot to grab some parts that didn't come standard.i’ll be using him to complete a couple more jobs around the house.
