Absolutely wonderful experience! We had some old audiovisual equipment that we wanted to disconnect so we can make some changes in the room. CJ came out immediately and was so helpful and knowledgeable. Another company had tried to charge us hundreds of dollars over what it should have been. If you hire meshhouse you will get great quality work for a fair price.

He was very responsive and knowledgeable in the beginning. He then told us to go out and purchase $200 in materials in which we did. When it came time discuss pricing and meet up time, he stop responding , no call back no text message for 3 days. So we purchased supplies for nothing ! Wasting days and we could have proceeded on with someone else .

Thank you for the review. I’d just like to clarify a few details for accuracy. There was never a confirmed installation date or scheduled appointment, only a discussion about possible availability. Your inquiry came in Tuesday afternoon, and this review was posted less than 48 hours later. I have the message history reflecting that timeline and conversation. The only item discussed was the SofaBaton remote required for your setup, which was purchased directly through Amazon. No additional materials or equipment were sold or required by my company. The pricing originally provided was already reduced from my normal service rate involving travel to Troutman, due to the small scope of the project. After the request for additional discounts, I no longer felt we were the right fit moving forward. I do apologize for not communicating that more clearly and wish you the best with your setup.
