- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing goes by what the job is and how much material will be needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get to know each other and to figure out what they want what they don’t want, to me working with any customer weather I’ve dealt with them before or they are new, they are the boss.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve done this type of work for 10 going on 11 years now, around the 8th year I eventually went and got my CLD’s so then I drove for a little bit delivering shingles, then thought about wanting to get back into laying brick and doing the demos but, I wanted to do it for myself.
