FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is sometimes confusing because many jobs take different amounts of time, chemicals, and precautions so price can vary greatly. A roof cleaning for example requires more chemicals than a house-cleaning, while some jobs take longer and require different types of equipment than others. Don’t be shocked by the job price, ask the service provider to explain why the job cost what they are asking. Take into consideration, a business needs insurance and equipment repairs, fuel, advertising, office employees, etc. Don’t just pick the lowest priced company, look at the professionalism of the company and ask questions, your home is expensive, don’t trust it to just anyone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers will usually need to provide their address and sometimes photos of their property. This is the only way to accurately assess the exact cleaning method needed and cost of a job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a licensed Pesticide/Chemical Applicator in the state of NC. I have been properly trained and tested in the use of chemicals and the do’s and do not’s of Structural, Plant, Animal and Individual Safety.
