Things started out well with Grayson and his company but went downhill. Ended up having to part ways with him after two weeks and the project still only about half way done. He originally estimated it would take 3-4 days. I hired him to close off a loft area to make it into a bedroom with two small closets. So the project consisted of framing, drywall, paint, and moving one electrical switch. Several days his team did not show up and he went completely unresponsive for days. The quality of the Sheetrock work is also questionable. They took no effort to keep the work area clean and actually covered my entire home in dust from sanding. I had to personally put up some plastic from the ceiling to try to mitigate dust. Grayson is a nice guy but I don’t think this type of project was good for him.
