Spencer installed one toilet in our home. He prepped area before, and cleaned it after, the installation. He tested the functionality of the toilet. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He explained what he was going to do and didnt rush the job. He answered all the questions we had about the installation. We appreciated his candor. We would recommend 1-Tom Plumber to anyone with a plumbing need.

We ended up having a plumbing blockage in our main line and had sewage water coming up in the basement shower. William Fowler, came 1 hour after we had called him to come and snake the lines. He cleared the blockage and found there to be a wire sent through our plumbing. We will be recommending and using Will in the future for all plumbing needs and highly recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work. He was on time, attentive, and explained everything that he had done and figured out, to us. I would give more than 5 stars if it was possible!

Very nice people to talk to. Our water stopped working for no reason. Since they had to come after hours it was $150. The guy got there really quick and was super nice. He was only there about 10 minutes and wasn't able to diagnose the problem and said we should contact a well service. Still charged the $150 even tho he couldn't diagnose the problem so that part wasn't great. It should have at least been half price if they cannot diagnose the problem. Someone came and fixed it this morning in about 15 minutes when they realized it was an electrical cord going to the well that was frayed so they replaced it and charged $200 to diagnose and fix the problem.
