- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer service agreements which has us to your home twice a year, once in the spring to check your air-conditioning (if applicable) and once in the fall to check the heating system. Depending on your location they start from $99. to $230 per system. When we say depending on your location we mean if you live in a development that has 10 or more homes you would have a lower yearly cost, reason being that we can have one of our knowledgeable techs in your subdivision longer which lowers our cost so we pass this along to you. If you are on a service agreement then your hourly rate drops from $79 hr to $59 hr. If its after hours the rates stay the same except there is a 2 hour minimum. There is also a $19 service charge with all emergency service calls. The service agreements when paid cover both preventative maintance calls a year. If your system is down on arrival of a preventative maintance then this would turn into a emergency service call and you would be responsable for the hourly rates unless it is a fix that can be done buy purchasing a truck stocked part. No parts are supplied on any call. You the homeowner are responsable for the cost of parts and drive time if applicable.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We have recently finished a multi million dollar home in hendersonville that would normally take about 2 weeks to complete but we finished in 1 week thanks to our dedicated and knowledgeable installers. Our guys were there early and stayed late to see it through. The homeowner was very happy with the quality of the work and how quickly we were able to complete it. This was Healthy Comforts first new construction job and our guys knocked it out of the park.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When looking for an hvac service company, you want to have dependability, knowledgeable techs, and competitive rates. We have them all with 20 years of experiance and the most competitive rates why look anywhere else.
