FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a no obligation, free evaluation with my potential clients and their pets. During this evaluation, I like to ask questions to see what the clients main concerns are, answer any questions they may have about myself. We can talk about different training methods and tools we use and see what approach is best for them and their pet.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked with and grew up around dogs. I've always been fascinated by what they are capable of and this brought me to Highland Canine in 2009 to start my professional career. After going through their School for Dog Trainers, I began working with pet dogs, service dogs and working dogs. I assisted in training new students, K9 handlers and clients on dog behavior.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with clients that own dogs of all different breeds, sizes and ages. I have worked with service dogs, pet dogs, SAR dogs, law enforcement and military dogs. I pride myself on the ability to rehabilitate dogs that other dog trainers have turned away or have been unable to train.
