Abby had a one on one conversation about your floor in the master bathroom. While I was with you Abby walked you through what had been done and you approved all the work. The work was done in December, and I am sorry you now feel that the work was not what you were looking for. As I just said, we walked you through all work and made sure you were happy prior to receiving payment. I am not sure why you are now leaving a two star review when you stated that you wanted us to come back to do the whole house twice a year to do deep cleanings? I wish you the best getting settled into your home!

All I can say is WOW! I just recently had my house cleaned and it was much more than I expected. We briefly explained what we wanted done and they did what we had asked and then some. The team that came was very thorough and efficient. They were able to tackle what I thought was impossible in such a short amount of time. Amazing! I can't tell you how excited I was when I saw what they had accomplished. They cleaned windows, walls, carpets, furniture, trim, baseboards, tubs, toilets, vacuumed, swept, polished the floor?......dusted, did laundry, dishes, detailed all my stainless kitchen appliances, cleaned the stove, took out the garbage........the list goes on and on. The attention to detail was refreshing. There is no doubt I would recommend their service to everyone I know, and to someone that needs a good cleaning. If you are to busy or had an unfortunate event happen in your life like we did and can't get to the things that need to be done, than this is the company you NEED to choose. This review coming from a guy, should move you to book your spot for there services! Thanks for a great job!!

I absolutely love this cleaning service. I cannot say enough good things about them, I send all my friends here. Their attention to detail is unparalleled! I bathrooms are never cleaner than when Polished 2 perfection has been here. They always remember to do everything I've asked for, and the things that I didn't even think of. Every single time! Abby and her staff are simply wonderful to work with. They get everything done in a timely manner and for a fair price. What more could you ask for?

How did you get started doing this type of work?
Even though I have a degree and I am currently working on my second one, I have a mentally handicapped daughter and doing this type of work allows me to work around the schedule that she needs for appointments or therapies or whatever is needed for her.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
To make sure that the company is bonded and insured, as well as checking references. And ask about chemicals that are used in the home. I have chemicals that are people and pet friendly but work extremely well.
