- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Make an appointment to make a estimate when the customer will choice your stone, sink, services, etc. After the customer agree the estimate and paid 50% of the value, we will make a template. We gonna fabricate the kitchen. Remove the old kitchen if necessary. And install the new kitchen.

I have the most important formation in this area. The practice of years installing kitchen countertops.
