FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price by the amount of space your junk takes up in the truck, not by the hour or by guesswork — so you know the cost before we start loading. Send us a few photos for a free, no-obligation quote, and the price we give you is the price you pay: no hidden fees, no surprise upcharges, no high-pressure add-ons. Pricing runs from $99 for a single item or small pile up to $699 for a full truckload, with rates in between for partial loads. Heavier or specialty items (appliances, electronics, hazardous materials) may carry a small adjustment, which we'll always confirm with you up front before any work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a quick conversation — call, text, or a message through our site — where we get a sense of what you need hauled and roughly how much of it there is. From there we ask for a few photos, which lets us give you a firm, upfront price without needing to schedule an in-person estimate first. Once you approve the quote, we book a pickup window that works for your schedule, often same-day or next-day. Our crew shows up on time, does all the lifting and loading ourselves, sweeps up when we're done, and hauls everything away responsibly. You're not left with any cleanup — just an empty space and a price that matched what we quoted.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our crew is trained in safe lifting and loading, efficient truck-packing, and proper sorting for disposal, donation, or recycling. That's backed by hands-on operations and equipment experience — including an Air Force background in equipment maintenance — plus dedicated training in junk removal best practices and local disposal regulations.
