- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are up front and honest about our pricing. We are not in this to retire off one customer and everyone gets treated the same. If we have a supplier that is running a sale at the time we will tell you and let you take advantage of those savings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's important to listen and evaluate what is most important to each particular customer. Once we learn what the ultimate goal is, whether it be privacy, beauty, or function, we make recommendations to ensure the best value for the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are Somfy certified along with certified through Hunter Douglas.
