Introduction: I take GREAT pride in my work. Im human, mistakes and accidents happen. I fix all mistakes and never avoid calls for call backs. Just because you pay me doesn't mean you'll never be able to get a hold of me again. I was blessed with a strong back and a hard work ethic so I make my money in labor. It secures me more jobs and gives the homeowner a cheaper price without sacrificing any quality in the work. I enjoy many things about my job. First and foremost I like giving people truly great customer service. To walk away from a job knowing the customer is 100% satisfied with the work and feels that every penny was well spent is why I love my job. It also keeps me physically fit, meeting new people is a blast, and I'm in a new location every week!

FAQs

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

Serendipity! I had just moved to North Carolina and got involved in a great church in Mooresville. I met a guy who I later found out owned a small flooring company. I was looking for work and he offered me a paid internship I guess you could say. I learned the trade and decided to take a leap of faith in an attempt to make more money for my family by starting Floors & Restores. One of the best decisions I've ever made!

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

The most common jobs I do are pre and unfinished hardwoods, laminate, and luxury vinyl planks.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Trust your intuition when getting estimates. Salesmen are among you and want to sell you on anything they can just so they can get the job. Some contractors make their businesses appear bigger than they actually are on social media. These contractors usually show up to estimate the job and pick up checks only. They aren't on the job to manage and just want to drive around and collect checks. Be careful and ask questions!
