I am a Certified Mat Pilates Instructor and received my North Carolina Pilates Certification from "Pilates The Form" in Cary, NC. I am located in Winston-Salem, NC and work with clients in Forsyth County and surrounding Triad area. I provide individual private mat Pilates sessions at my location or, sessions can be arranged in the privacy of your own home at an additional cost. Mat pilates exercises are a low-impact workout for people of all ages and allows the participant to begin and progress at their own pace and individual fitness level. You will learn the fundamentals, such as proper breathing, concentration, and coordination. Modifications are provided for the beginner, while variations can be incorporated for the more advanced to make your workout more challenging.
