Plumbing Pipe Repair

Had a leaky faucet and a cutoff valve that wouldn’t work. Derek responded promptly and came out later that day. He quickly realized these were likely reflective of larger systemic issues. Took the time to look over all the plumbing in the house. He Gave options for multiple levels of repair. We ultimately went with replacing all the pipes. Derek and his crew came out 2 days later and got it done. He’s coming back next week to finish a few minor repairs inside. I feel like we got the highest level of expert work with a professional who is also personable. Would 100% recommend Derek

Remodeling a house & plumbing was the first thing to fix. Very professional and upfront with what needed to be done replacing the pipes. Communicated throughout the entire job. Definitely recommend and will call back for any other plumbing needs.

Water Heater Repair or Maintenance

Derek was tremendous! He was a true expert in his field. I had an old water heater upstairs that was leaking into the downstairs ceiling. Derek replied within minutes of my original contact which was in the evening and said he’d be there the next day. He arrived on time and laid out fairly priced options for replacement. He returned the following day and completed the job in a timely manner. The work was excellent although the following day through no fault of his I discovered a leak in one of the factory fittings of a filter that he also installed for the house. I called him and he was back at the house within 20 minutes to tighten the fitting. His responsiveness is outstanding and knowing that this work was completed by such a professional gives me comfort. I know I can count on him for any plumbing need. Don’t hesitate to hire him!

Plumbing Drain Repair

Derek was amazing! He called prior to arriving to be sure the time would still work for me. When he arrived, he was very friendly and professional, and got right to diagnosing the issue. Our dishwasher has been backing up into the sink for a while and within minutes of being here, Derek knew we needed a new disposal and some other piping items. He was able to provide all necessary equipment and made the repairs efficiently. I would hire Derek over and over again.

I reached out to Derek and received an estimate same day. We had recently bought our house and unexpectedly needed to reroute and re-do the plumbing, we explained to him our situation and he made sure he got us taken care of ASAP at a reasonable price. The job he did was great, have not had any issues since. Would 10/10 recommend Derek, great person and great work!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    The pricing is fair for both the customers and myself. I have worked in the past with large companies and am very proud of the craftsmanship that I have always done and some tricks of the trade I have picked up in training siminars with those companies.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I will come into the situation with my priority of taking care of the customers. once I acknowledge exactly what is going on we will come to an agreement and complete the job.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have had water heater training on gas/electric water heaters, also special training on wells, sewage ejectors, sump pumps and special training on tankless water heaters, mechanical training of chillers and boilers
