Scott was extremely quick to respond to my call and very thorough throughout the entire process. He explained everything he was doing so I understood the charges, and he even took the time to educate me on my system and how to properly maintain it. During his inspection, he discovered a running toilet we didn’t even know about, which was wasting water and driving up our bills. He carefully documented his findings with measurements, cleaned our filters, and provided a detailed written report with photos. He also performed a video inspection of our tank and explained his recommendations clearly.
