- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Educate... We like to take time to educate you about mold and water damage to help ease any fear and confusion that you may have. We feel that a well informed and educated customer has a better chance at being satisfied and realizing the value of the services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up building buildings, my father is a famous architect and so I've been around the building industry my whole life. I've worked as a framer, finish carpenter, cabinet maker, roofer, etc. My studies in physics and science along with industry certification training has been a great asset in helping people with their mold and water damage issues.
