We provide free, itemized quotes based on the property, scope of work, access, and surface condition. Minimum service charges may apply, and bundled pricing may be available when multiple services are scheduled together. We also offer a 10% discount for verified first responders and military members. Any additional work or price changes are discussed and approved before we proceed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is straightforward: we review the property and requested services, ask any questions needed to understand the scope, and provide a clear quote before scheduling. Once approved, we confirm the service details, complete the work using the appropriate process for the surface, and communicate if anything changes along the way. Afterward, we make sure the agreed scope was completed and follow up if needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
HNL has been serving Carteret County since 2017, with years of hands-on experience across residential and commercial exterior cleaning. Our technicians are trained in surface-specific cleaning methods, chemical application, equipment operation, property protection, and job-site safety using documented HNL procedures and service standards. Training continues in the field as new surfaces, products, and techniques are introduced.
