I was very pleased with Green Zone Carpet Cleaning. Not only were they prompt in answering my request but scheduled a time to come and do the work within the time frame I requested. The technician was professional, courteous, and did an excellent job cleaning both my upholstery and rug. He answered any questions I had and worked very efficiently the entire time he was here. I then had a follow up call the same day asking if I was happy with the work. I would highly recommend this company. The work is excellent and the prices are reasonable.

I found this company quite by chance. I didn't have time for research because I needed an appointment quickly. Oh my am I surprised and pleased. I have had many different carpet cleaning services and never had what I thought was a good one. The Green Zone guy took time, worked hard on spots and was so careful. He was professional and polite. I will be using them again!!

Green Zone Carpet Cleaning is awesome. We worked with Sam a few years ago and then again recently. He fit us into his schedule last minute and did an outstanding job at two locations. He was even able to remove stains on a couch that previous professional cleaners were unable to get out. Green Zone is now our go-to carpet and upholstery cleaning service provider.

They were able to give me a next day appointment at a very good rate. Sam, the technician, phoned to let me know he was on his way. We examined the carpet stains together and he explained what would be done. Sam then went straight to work. My carpet looks and smells fresh and clean. He left me his card to call in case something wasn't right after the carpet dried. Competent, courteous service. Definitely recommend Sam and Green Zone.

Yes we do. IICRC certifications need to renewed yearly and there are a large number of them you can certify in. We mandate our technicians to keep the minimum certifications and also pursue higher certifications.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for someone who is a certified cleaning professional that provides licensed professionals that are trained in accordance with the industry norms. Our technicians are IICRC (Institute for Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certifications) Approved Carpet Cleaning Technicians (CCT) and Upholstery and Fabric Cleaning Technicians (UFT)
