This is by far the best carpet cleaning we've received. Sam was extremely thorough, super professional, listened to our concerns and got rid of those pesky stains we didn't feel like tackling ourselves. He even cleaned our dining chairs seats. Price was less than others and he did a spectacular job. No odors and it was quick to dry! Well done !!!!

I appreciated this service so much that I used them twice. Once at my house and another time our rental house. We had some serious pet stains that he was able to get out. Our carpets are the original ones that came with the house and he made them look new.

Great job--came on time and explained procedure. The 12 year old carpet had several stains on and looked great when he finished cleaning. I definitely will use this cleaning carpet again !

Yes we do. IICRC certifications need to renewed yearly and there are a large number of them you can certify in. We mandate our technicians to keep the minimum certifications and also pursue higher certifications.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for someone who is a certified cleaning professional that provides licensed professionals that are trained in accordance with the industry norms. Our technicians are IICRC (Institute for Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certifications) Approved Carpet Cleaning Technicians (CCT) and Upholstery and Fabric Cleaning Technicians (UFT)
