Introduction: I believe my work stands out from many others' work because I'm extremely passionate about helping all my students not only improve but ultimately reaching their full potential. I constantly encourage and push them to achieve levels they thought unattainable before they met me, and make sure they enjoy our interactions and get concrete results out of it. I like the daily interactions with each student, getting to know them, establishing a great rapport with them which then lets them be comfortable and frank with me about their needs. Then, i can begin the process of empowering them and building their confidence, which each student desperately needs to believe in order to achieve success.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to get in this line of work because I realized many years ago that I could help many of my peers and acquaintances earn better grades and be more successful academically. I saw how their confidence and self-esteem rose once they were more knowledgeable and achieved better results. Then, I decided to also focus on working with the youth to help them develop a solid foundation as they were moving forward.
