FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in transparent pricing. That’s why I use flat rates instead of hourly guessing. You’ll always know the cost before the job starts: $140 for up to 2 hours, $350 for 2–5 hours, and $560 for a full day. No surprises — just clear, fair pricing that clients appreciate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I keep it simple and stress-free: 1. We review your project and confirm details. 2. I provide flat rate pricing upfront — no hidden costs. 3. We set a time that works best for you. 4. I arrive on schedule, complete the work efficiently, and leave your space clean.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from years of hands-on experience completing hundreds of home improvement projects. Along the way, I’ve built expertise across electrical, carpentry, painting, and installations. Most importantly, every job has sharpened my skills and reinforced my commitment to quality workmanship.
