Lev was outstanding from start to finish. He completed a variety of repairs at my rental property—including electrical, plumbing, screen repairs, and a gate that had been an ongoing issue for years. Communication was excellent, he was professional and courteous with both me and my tenant, and he handled everything turnkey, including picking up materials. We had Lev update the weatherstripping on our doors to help prevent gaps for air, bugs, and light, and he was a pleasure to work with. He was very communicative, provided a quote upfront, and arrived right on time.
He was kind and respectful throughout the job and got started quickly after we walked him through what we needed.
