- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All prices are highly competitive compared to others, yet we prioritize the delivery of top-notch service. Car detailing is a labor-intensive task, and our aim is to compensate detailers fairly for their hard work and dedication. However, we do offer a 10% discount to military personnel, firefighters, nurses, and police officers to acknowledge their sacrifices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The method I employ when engaging with a new client involves attentively listening to their objectives and carefully noting the specifics of our discussion. Failing to do so may result in directing attention towards tasks that do not align with their actual preferences.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The first training I received was from my uncle when I was 12 years old. As I got older, I made the decision to enter this field and seek further professional training in detailing and ceramic coating. As a result, I am now accredited as a professional in detailing and authorized as a licensed System X installer.
