- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Client onboarding is the process of bringing on a new client and starting a relationship. It's an opportunity to plan for new relationship hiccups and create fixes to avoid, address your need for a motivational speaker, get the client up to speed on what SAM Worship, Inc. (Minister Wanda Wiley's nonprofit organization) has to offer and start the project on the right foot.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I responded to the call of ministry from God in 2001 as I was sitting in a Wednesday night’s bible study. Since that day I have made steady progress toward my calling. Serving under the leadership of her father-in-law, Pastor William Thomas Wiley, I was introduced to ministry work. In holding many roles, I have learned how to serve by sharing the word of God, displaying leadership with passion, and completing administrative tasks in the church. I have a passion for God’s people and those who are discouraged and near the end of their rope in life. We have all been there and we ALL have a testimony! I have to give praises to God for the gifts and the strength to capture every opportunity that is before me to minister to those in need of God’s point-of-view in their lives.
