- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in upfront transparency and want to ensure that you have this information before making any decisions. -We offer a 5% Discount for Teachers, First Responders, and Military Professionals. (I.D. must be provided.) -For full-service local-moving jobs, there's a minimum charge of one hour. Our starting rate is $110/hr, but prices vary depending on factors like job size and complexity. Some jobs will be subject to a flat fee instead of an hourly rate. -We provide labor-only services at the following rates: $50/hr for one laborer $100/hr for two laborers $150/hr for three laborers All labor-only jobs require a two-hour minimum. **Please Note: Labor-Only jobs requiring stairs, extended travel outside our local zone, many large pieces over 100 lbs, or additional services such as packing or wrapping, will be subject to an additional fee.** - All junk removal begins at our base price of $90 for transportation and service. Please note that price is subject to change based on types of items and associated disposal fees. -We provide the convenience of Square payments as an option for our customers. However, please note that if you choose to pay with Square, a 4% fee will be applied to the total purchase amount.

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Openly communicate your needs at the beginning of the move. This helps both the customer and movers to address any concerns and manage expectations beforehand. Transparency during the moving process is vital. Any unexpected factors, such as additional items or complex logistics, could impact the overall time, and thus impact the overall price.
