- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing per hour session is $60. If you wanted to add another person to your training it is $15 per person.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step with a new client is always to determine his/her goals. Some clients prefer just the exercise portion, while some want it coupled with nutrition. Clients might also have an immediate event coming up they want to get in shape for, or they may want a longer lasting program. Whatever the case may be, the first thing I always focus on is getting on the same page as the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm certified in fitness, nutrition, golf, MMA, and performance training through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
