FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$150-300 for a 2 hour session with approximately 5-15 hand edited digitals. Price varies based on the type of shoot, location and number of resulting digital photos. Price, number of photos, and details are agreed upon beforehand. Half of said price is required up front to secure session. Remaining balance is paid when digitals are ready to send. Additional photos may be included upon discretion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prioritize getting to know someone before we start shooting for a comfort level that doesn't allow hesitation in showing true personality. Being the subject of a photo shoot isn't easy, so establishing a relaxed mentality can arguably be more important than scenery, outfits, props or photography style.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took a six week digital photography class at Wake County Community College. I photographed my son's childhood and many other babies, families and friends during the past 4 years. Post process editing expertise in Photoshop and Lightroom. Otherwise, I have a Bachelor's degree in Communication with a minor in Hispanic Studies.
