Mayank is an exceptional photographer and videographer! He arrived punctually and directed the photo session weaving through two events in one day beautifully! The quality of pictures and video footage was excellent. He has a very calm demeanor which is very important in a vendor when there is so much goi g on with an event the family needs someone like Mayank who is patient and very gently gives suggestions for pictures taking both indoor and outdoor. We are blown away by our wedding photos! We hired Mayank for an early morning wedding in our backyard, and you'd have no idea they were taken at our own home. He was very directional with us and family which we liked, and tried a lot of different shots so there's lots of choices of style for favorites. Also, his turn around time for our photos were a week earlier than projected (we got our photos just about a week after the wedding). We are so in love with our photos and definitely recommend him to anyone in the triangle!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is something for everyone. I always speak to clients to understand their requirement and offers wide range of packages to fit their needs and budget. I do offer discounts to people coming through word of mouth, seasonal discounts, and many more. All you have to do is reach out to me and let's talk about how can I meet your expectations without breaking your bank.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is fairly simple and straight forward. It is a 3 step process - 1. Speak with the client to understand their vision and expectations. 2. Offer them with wide ranges of packages that fits their vision and budget. 3. Confirm the booking and work with client to bring their vision to life.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing videography and photography for almost 10 years now. I have completed courses with by Award-Winning Photographer Chris Parker and the Photography Masterclass. I have attended global creator events and worked with very talented cinematographer and photo artists to always work on developing my skills.
